If you buy DeskStag and change your mind within 14 days of purchase, we will give you a full refund.
2. How to request a refund
Reply to the purchase receipt email you received from Paddle and ask for a refund. Because Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase, your receipt is the direct route to the right place.
3. How refunds are processed
Paddle issues approved refunds to the original payment method used at checkout. It can take a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
4. Free trial
DeskStag also includes a 14-day free trial, so you can evaluate it fully before you buy.
